Human Space: Case Study on Multifamily Transformation

In a post-pandemic world, it is time to re-evaluate the functionality and design of residential units in multi-family buildings and the amenity spaces that support them. Jesse Klimitz’s presentation will focus on the emerging opportunities to rethink the design of multi-family buildings as a driver for well-being, inclusion, safety and resilience. Jesse will showcase both conceptual ideas and project examples that are pushing the notions of what it means to live well.

“Multifamily buildings have the inherent potential to enhance people’s lives and foster strong personal connections. Through a human-centric design approach, these conventional notions of living can be challenged and rediscovered as a transformative opportunity to improve individual well-being and social good.” Jesse Klimitz
